Questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up, choose your industry and plan, and start working. Everything in the plan works for 30 days. No card is needed. At the end, choose to pay or your account becomes read-only, so you can still see and export your data.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. For counters that must keep selling without internet, there is an optional desktop till for Windows.
Can I move my data in?
Yes. Import products, customers, suppliers and opening stock from Excel. On paid plans we can also help with guided onboarding.
Are prices with VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT. VAT is added on your invoice where it applies.
Can I change plan or modules later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time, or swap a module for another. Data of a removed module is kept and comes back if you pick it again.
Where is my data stored?
On secure cloud servers with daily backups. Enterprise customers can ask for a separate database or hosting in a GCC region.
